The RPC Group offers Enterprise Reporting services ranging from management information systems (operational), decision support systems (ad-hoc analytics), executive information systems (dashboards), and business intelligence systems including data mining and corporate performance management.  Management information systems support the day-to-day business needs of many functional departments in a business such as human resources, operations, and accounting. Decision support systems support middle management and business analyists in making decision of a less structured manner, usally answering analytical questions such as how, what, why, and when in order to make strategic decisons related to product offerings or sales performance. Executive information systems provide a high level view of the health of the entire organization in the form of gauges and summary reports that offer drill-down functionality in order to provide the executive team more details in real time. Business intelligence systems integrate all of the forementioned systems and increase manageability with services such as data mining and corporate performance management.

The RPC Group offers many additional services to support the prementioned systems. These services include the archecture of a data warehouse, or data marts that store one complete reporting view of the business data or business function. Data warehouses and data marts require services that extract, transform, and load (ETL) business data from many sources including excel files, flat files, Oracle, SQL Server, and legacy systems. Finally, all Enterprise Reporting requires services that distribute the business intelligence information to the required executives, managers, employees, or partners in a timely manner and in many different formats such as Excel, Reporting Services, and PDF.
